Larchmont Yacht Club in New York hosted the 2009 Atlantic Coast Optimist Championship regatta (ACC's). Unfortunately Mother Nature did not provide any wind for these top-level sailors to enjoy, but the race management did provide some entertaining on-the-water activities to pass the hours of windless bobbing on Long Island Sound.
